these are small group sessions, in an otherwise empty gym with an exercise physiologist available to offer program support, movement guidance and answer your questions.
we are community focused, but your programming & support is individualised. there’s no judgement or expectations; just a space where everyone feels comfortable learning 💌

the sunday plan
how we’re creating a new space in the strength training industry:
people are exercising more and more for mental health, which is why social fitness is booming. the silence and social anxiety often experienced in commercial gyms don’t meet that need.
group strength classes offer the social piece, but this comes at a cost: limited individualisation, no progressive overload and generally passive coaching. these classes prioritise intensity over learning.
steady sunday’s fills the gap, giving you a program that’s written specifically for you, and moves at your own pace, within a social & welcoming environment

Yes of course! We are here to provide support and guidance should you need it.

We have a chat about your goals, training experience and what’s been going on in your week, and come up with a session plan that suits you on the day.

Of course! You can join our flagship plan, where we program & provide video feedback on your training every week.

We can offer in-session suggestions & movement guidance. However, for support with programming and progressions, we suggest you refer to our flagship plan.

We are opening this up to everyone who wants a supportive social space for their strength training and rehab.

Please reach out to us if you have a young child interested in joining you in these training sessions.
Young bubs are welcome, although we would suggest noise-cancelling headphones for them and ask that they are not running around for safety reasons.
