At Club Steady, we stand behind the quality of every program we offer. Our coaching is structured, high-touch, and built for real, lasting progress. Because of this, we hold clear boundaries around commitment and refunds.

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on your first cycle only. If you've just enrolled and feel the program isn't the right fit, email us at hello@clubsteady.com within 7 days of your start date and we'll process a full refund.

This guarantee applies to new enrolments only. Once your first cycle is complete and you move into subsequent cycles, no refunds are available — your payment for each new cycle is binding from the moment it's charged.

After 7 Days: No Refunds

After the 7-day window, refunds are not available — unless required under Australian Consumer Law. This applies regardless of participation level, missed sessions, or changes in personal circumstances. These terms exist because we hold genuine trust in the quality of this program and are committed to supporting those who are ready to show up for it.

Designed With Real Life in Mind

Programs run in 4-week cycles and auto-renew at the start of each new cycle. We've priced and structured this knowing that life isn't always linear — some weeks will be messier than others. The program is here to meet you where you are, through the ups and downs. Your results will always reflect your level of participation, and that's okay.

Cancellations

You can cancel before your next 4-week cycle renews and you won't be charged again. Cancellation requests received before the renewal date will be processed before the next payment is taken.

Separately Booked Sessions

For 1:1 coaching calls, video feedback, or any services booked individually, cancellation must be made with advance notice as specified at the time of booking. Sessions missed or cancelled without sufficient notice are forfeited, as that time has been reserved for you.

Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy overrides your rights under Australian Consumer Law. If services haven't been delivered with due care and skill, or don't match what was promised, you may be entitled to a remedy.
